Angela Holbrook, Angie Heidman-Caldwell, and Tracey Cooper have joined workplace management solutions firm Weaver & Associates.
Holbrook provides professional recruiting services. She started recruiting in 2001 and has directly hired more than 1,000 people and indirectly hired over 3,000 while in human resources leadership roles. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Idaho with a BS in business and human resources management.
Heidman-Caldwell and Cooper will provide senior consulting services that include compensation, employee relations, training, organization development among other disciplines.
Heidman-Caldwell has worked in wireless, travel, manufacturing and benefit consulting industries in Seattle, Boise and Roanoke, Va. and has more than 15 years of experience focusing on benefits and client management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations. She graduated with a BA in speech communications and holds certifications in professional recruiting, human resources management and performance improvement from Seattle Pacific University.
Cooper has more than 15 years of experience with a variety of industries including utility, manufacturing, high tech manufacturing, aerospace and healthcare. She has worked primarily as an HR business partner and has HR operations expertise including affirmative action plans and payroll. She holds a BA in management and organizational effectiveness from George Fox University.
