Hundreds of people attended a ceremony Sept. 9 to mark the opening of the Broadway Bridge in Boise. Idaho Transportation Department District 3’s Jennifer Gonzalez and Boise Chamber of Commerce Programs and Events Coordinator Andrea Vlassis-Zahn  communicated closely with the business community during construction and are shown here at the ceremony.
