Idaho First Bank has named Vicky Mills as vice president and chief compliance officer. Mills develops, implements, and administers all aspects of the bank’s compliance management program.
Mills has more than 27 years of banking experience, with 20 in regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Idaho First, Mills was a compliance expert for five years for several banks in California. Before that, she managed all compliance for 15 years for a small community bank in Oregon.
