Scott Fischer is the new president of Prosperity Organic Foods

Scott Fischer has been named the new president and CEO of Prosperity Organic Foods. Fischer has led teams in companies such as Boise Cascade, Xerox, Micron Custom Manufacturing, Hewlett Packard and Solectron. In 2011, he moved to Boise from Silicon Valley and started CFO Idaho. He is a past director of Idaho Bicycle Coalition.

Fischer holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boise State University. He has held Certified Public Accountant certificates in both California and Idaho.
