William K. Miller has joined Perkins Coie as a member of the firm’s labor and employment practice, with a focus on business litigation. Miller has experience with trade secret, non-compete, wrongful termination and wage-and-hour cases.
He holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Washington School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon Honors College.
Kaci Peterson has joined Perkins Coie’s corporate practice and advises clients on private equity and mergers and acquisitions matters. She drafts and negotiates confidentiality and joinder agreements for private equity firms in a range of markets and represents buyers in a variety of mergers and acquisition transactions and minority investments.
Peterson holds a juris doctorate degree from Syracuse University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University.
Bruce B. Pinegar has joined the firm’s trust and estate planning practice. He counsels clients on estate planning documents including wills, revocable trusts and powers of attorney. Pinegar advises executors in the estate administration process, prepares and files estate tax returns, and assists with estate and gift tax audits.
He holds a master of laws degree in taxation from the New York School of Law, a juris doctorate degree from the University of Texas School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
