In its tenth acquisition since 2016, grocery broker Impact Group has purchased Co-Sales, an independent food brokerage company based in Tucson, Arizona.
The acquired company represents a range of consumer products across a variety of retailer categories, and operates out of California. The acquisition helps establish Impact Group in the West, the Boise company said.
