Sandeep Sahai named CEO of Clearwater Analytics

Sandeep Sahai has been named CEO of Clearwater Analytics, replacing co-founder David Boren, who will remain on the board of directors. Sahai joined the Clearwater board of directors in 2016 and was promoted to executive chairman this March. Previously he served as operating partner at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and as a board member of AIM Software, Simeio Solutions and Magic Software. His previous CEO experience includes serving as president and CEO of Headstrong and serving as CEO of Solmark.

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
