Debbie Elmore has been promoted to commercial banking representative team leader at First Interstate Bank. In her new position, Elmore will lead a team of four in the preparation, collateral perfection, follow-up, and tracking of all First Interstate’s commercial, revolving, and construction loans in Idaho and provide support for the commercial banking team, bank presidents, and retail branch managers.
Elmore has 37 years of banking experience. She attended Northwest Nazarene College.
Michael Norby has been promoted to assistant commercial relationship manager at the Boise downtown branch. Before joining First Interstate Bank, he served as an audit associate at Eide Bailly and a corporate accountant for Bodybuilding.com.
Norby holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Idaho.
Shawn Petsch has been promoted to assistant commercial relationship manager at the Boise downtown branch. He previously served as a credit analyst at First Interstate Bank. In his new role, Petsch will support the local builder finance and investor real estate commercial relationship managers.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Montana.
