IDAHO FALLS – Ball Ventures ceremonially broke ground recently on its new headquarters at Snake River Landing. With plans to take over one-third of the office footprint, the landlord will still have plenty of room to share.
Enter Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate, which has been selected as the exclusive leasing firm for The Knolls, a new three-story office building currently under construction in Snake River Landing and owned by a principal of Ball Ventures, a real estate investment and development firm.
The Knolls will feature 60,000 square feet of Class A office space that can be finished to suit each tenant’s specifications and will be located in the heart of the 450-acre multi-use development, which includes areas for retail, office, medical, restaurant and residential space along with several parks, trails and water features.
Construction on The Knolls is slated to be completed in late summer of 2020.
“Snake River Landing is Idaho Falls’ premier master planned business park, and we are proud to be the exclusive leasing agent for The Knolls,” said Brent Wilson, a brokerage services specialist with TOK. “There is pent-up demand in the local business community for the exceptional office space that The Knolls will provide, and we are certain that leasing activity will be strong.”
Wilson joined Thornton Oliver Keller in 2016. Before working in commercial real estate, he was a land planner and entitlements coordinator with a national development consulting firm.
As a broker, Wilson has represented such tenants as Costco Wholesale, Walmart and Wells Fargo, among others.
Companies involved in the design and construction of The Knolls are Dixon and Associates, Horrocks Engineers, Bradley Engineering, HK Contractors and Okland Construction.
