W.V. “Bill” Rauer named executive officer of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho

W.V. “Bill” Rauer has been named the executive officer of the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho. Rauer’s experience in his 34-year career spans businesses of all sizes from self-proprietor to the Fortune 25. Rauer holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in business administration from Boise State University.
