The University of Idaho Vandal Store renewed its lease of 1,693 square feet in the Eastman Building at 821 W. Idaho Street in Boise. NAI Select facilitated the transaction.

Advanced Clinical Trauma, LLC leased 1,713 square feet of office space in the Emerald Corporate Park at 8601 W. Emerald Street in Boise. JP Green of TOK Commercial, Jennifer McEntee, DJ Thompson and Bree Wells of Cushman & Wakefield Pacific facilitated the transaction.

B & K Painting leased office space at 12586 W. Bridger Street in Boise. Chris Pearson and Patrick Shalz of TOK Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.

Global Machinery Investors Ltd leased 8,424 square feet of industrial space at2049 Wilson Lane in Meridian. Sherry Schoen with Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Dan Minnaert with Thornton Oliver Keller represented the landlord.
