Kim Ellsworth has been promoted to director of marketing & communications at the Idaho Nonprofit Center. Ellsworth has been with the Center since August of 2016 and has held the roles of marketing & communications coordinator, manager and now director. She will direct and oversee all aspects of communications and marketing and will supervise staff members who provide strategic communications support. In addition, she will serve as a key member of the internal Idaho Nonprofit Center leadership team and has been appointed as diversity, equity and inclusion team leader and serves as staff liaison to the board’s equity task force. Since joining the Idaho Nonprofit Center, Ellsworth has expanded the Center’s social media presence, designed and re-branded program logos, restructured communications to increase readership and engagement, revamped Idaho Nonprofit Awareness Month to include a structured social media take-over event, produced the Idaho Gives PSA in 2018 and 2019 and most recently created internal policies for branding, voice, and communications.
