Berkshire United Partnership leased 11,300 square feet of retail space at Family Dollar, 1408 Overland Ave., in Burley. Ben Kneadler and Mike Erkmann of NAI Select represented the landlord.

Ashwood Recovery, LLC leased 4,450 square feet of space at 9292 W. Barnes Dr., in Boise. The Sundance Company represented the landlord and Taylor Schmidt of Realty One Group Professionals represented the tenant.
