  1. We have had several incredibly bad experiences at our Mountain West bank here in CDA, Idaho. We wanted to send an E-Mail complaint to someone appropriate well “up the ladder”. We have been with MWB for over
20 years, and no one would accommodate our request. I was told they do not give out their E-mails! I find this quite disturbing. I was told by “Alma” that our PERSONAL complaint must be screened first, and then it would be sent to who THEY feel is appropriate. REALLY! So much for the personal touch of our so called local Bank. I hope that you can help us, and direct us to someone appropriate.
Sincerely; James and Nancy Pappas. 10/3/2020.
