Thomas Cuisine appoints Alison Patt as CEO

Thomas Cuisine’s board of directors appointed Alison Patt as president and chief executive officer, effective Oct. 1. Patt brings over a decade of contract foodservice and hospitality experience, having served most recently as group president of Continental Services, a Detroit independent contract dining management company.

Current President and CEO Mark Kadell will step down and retire as of Jan. 1, 2021. He will remain serving on the Thomas Cuisine board of directors.
