Hailey Holland has been selected to serve as the director of counseling services at College of Eastern Idaho. She has worked at CEI as a counselor in the Center for New Directions for nearly five years. In her role in CND, she provided mental health counseling, career counseling, and academic counseling services. Holland also provided disability accommodation services for the first three years of her time at CEI. She assisted in the formation of CEI’s career center, and on-boarded the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator/Strong assessment for career exploration.
Holland earned her Bachelor of Science in social work from BYU-Idaho in 2012, and her master’s degree from Northwest Nazarene, also in social work, in 2014. She provided counseling services at a mental health agency before starting her employment with CEI, and before she completed her master’s degree she worked at a developmental disability agency and also provided home health and hospice services.
