Andrew Boespflug gets new Colliers position

Andrew Boespflug has joined the brokerage team in the Colliers Idaho Investment Brokerage Division Boise office where he specializes in the sale of investment and multifamily properties in Idaho. He was recently named among the top 25 most powerful commercial real estate professionals in Idaho in 2020 from Idaho Business Review. He has worked in commercial real estate as an appraiser, underwriter, owner, manager, and operator. He has a background in investment analysis with a focus on lending-based appraisal. He began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2007 with Colliers, which included stops in Vancouver, Washington; Portland and Boise.

Boespflug founded the Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services Boise office as senior valuation services director in 2014. His specializations included investment analysis of manufactured housing communities, self- storage and net leased properties. He previously worked as a Senior Underwriting Analyst with A10 Capital, a commercial real estate bridge lender. At A10 Capital, he served as the Upper Midwest team leader for the credit and asset management department.
