Boise Cascade CFO retires, is replaced

Wayne Rancourt is retiring as chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer of Boise Cascade. He joined the company in 1983 and has served as CFO and treasurer since 2009. He has been an instrumental part of the many changes in its operations over the years, including the development of its engineered wood products manufacturing, purchase and spin-off of an office products business, expansion of its building materials distribution network, and launch of the company’s initial public offering (IPO) in 2013.

Kelly Hibbs has been promoted to senior vice president, CFO and treasurer at Boise Cascade effective May 14. He joined the organization in 1996 and his previous role was vice president and controller. He is a CPA and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boise State University. He is a volunteer in the community and has served on the board of the Downtown Boise Association for the past seven years.
