As vice president of security and compliance, Mark Cooley is committed to continuing the mission of Involta’s Security Program, expanding the company’s protective offerings and developing greater security awareness training to deliver the ultimate peace of mind for customers. Cooley has been with Involta for more than a decade, most recently serving as director of compliance and security operations prior to his promotion.
Josh Holst has been promoted to the role of vice president of cloud services for Involta. In his new role, Holst will focus on advancing Involta’s cloud services portfolio, which he has helped amplify while serving in various roles for three years with the company, including director of cloud services. Recently, he was instrumental in the company’s KLAS rating and review for its excellence in partial health care IT outsourcing. In his new role Holst will also lead his team to continue Involta’s commitment to its innovative culture while developing unique hybrid IT strategies.
