Robyn Sellers has been named as the new economic development director for the City of Nampa. Sellers previously served as the assistant director of economic development for the City since March of 2018. Prior to working in Nampa, she worked for Business Oregon, the State of Oregon’s economic development agency, for 11 years. Sellers has a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Utah State University. She replaces former economic development director Beth Ineck, who was hired by the Boise Valley Economic Partnership (BVEP) in July as the director of economic development. Senior Director of Development Services Cliff Long, who oversees the department, said the City of Nampa is fortunate to have Sellers leading efforts to bring new jobs and investment to the community, and that her work will help Nampa remain a top community for business and families.
