Foster joins STRATA

STRATA Inc. has announced the addition of Jerry Foster as construction services manager. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries and has spent much of his career with Kleinfelder, holding positions such as senior program manager. Foster was tasked with building a Construction Management Group there. Foster will now lead STRATA’s construction materials testing — both field and laboratory — and special inspection teams at STRATA’s Boise office.
