Potter joins Apex Leaders

Shawna Potter has joined the Apex Leaders team as the vice president of talent. In this role, she leads all people functions and positions the company to scale effectively with a strong, cohesive team. Potter brings over 12 years of talent development and broad HR experience to bear in this role. Prior to her role with Apex, she served as an operations leader and a senior human resources professional, responsible for talent organization development, with Idaho Power. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Puget Sound and her Master of Business Administration from Boise State University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
