As executive director of Jesse Tree for the past three years, Ali Rabe has exhibited her passion for people. A nonprofit, Jesse Tree provides emergency rental assistance and case management to households at risk of homelessness.
Prior to her current role, Rabe served as a staff attorney for HomeBase, supporting local governments and service providers to fight the homelessness crisis.
A committed Idahoan who is dedicated to doing her part to make the state — and the world — a better place that provides affordable housing for all, Rabe served as a senator in District 17 before changing addresses in 2021. She is currently running for the open state Senate seat in District 16.
Rabe was born and raised in Idaho and earned a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Idaho, as well as a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School.
