A fourth-generation Idahoan, Caitlin Copple Masingill helps women leaders unlock the power of their influence as the co-owner and founding partner of PR and digital marketing firm Full Swing Public Relations, which launched in 2019 and today employs eight people in Idaho, Washington and New York.
Copple Masingill has since been living her dream job of elevating the stories of women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ leaders around the nation. Full Swing’s clients have been featured in Fast Company, the New York Times, Forbes, TIME, CNN and NPR, among many other local and regional publications. She started Boise Women Who Get Sh*t Done to build a more inclusive business community for women and non-binary people. She volunteers on the Expo Idaho advisory board and at Surel’s Place.
Through her PR work, Copple Masingill is dedicated to ensuring historically marginalized voices are heard in the media in a manner that reflects the diversity of America.
