Dan Prinzing – Powerlist – 50 Most Influential Business Leaders in Idaho

Dan Prinzing’s career has seen him in a number of roles tied to education and human rights that have all led to his current role as the executive director for the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights.

Prinzing graduated with a doctorate degree in educational administration from the University of Idaho in 2000 and has since had a notable career. His professional history includes work as a language arts and history teacher and as a coordinator for the Idaho State Department of Education.

In his more than 15 years with the Wassmuth Center, Prinzing has worked to manage program development, education programming, community outreach and to further broaden the center’s human rights mission of promoting respect for human dignity and diversity  — even to an international level. Under his guidance, the center is currently developing a new one-of-a-kind human rights education center.
