Diane Bevan joins her passions of entrepreneurship and empowering women in her role as the executive director of the Idaho Women’s Business Center (IWBC), which aims to serve all women, cultures and communities in achieving their educational, professional and entrepreneurial goals. Her efforts for the young organization were recently lauded after successfully advocating for the receipt of significant grant funding for a statewide pilot program to expand entrepreneur resources to underserved demographics.
Prior, Bevan grew the IWBC’s reach and physical presence and helped stakeholders pivot during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. She also founded the Idaho Hispanic Foundation. Her current community service includes involvement in the Meridian Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Idaho Foodbank board of directors. She has been recognized as an honoree of Idaho Business Review’s CEO of Influence and Women of the Year awards.
