Frank VanderSloot has a keen eye for business and has demonstrated his dynamic leadership skills during his time as Melaleuca’s founder. He began the company in 1985 and has since grown it to be a household name around the country. Under his leadership, he has led Melaleuca to be ranked on Inc. Magazine’s list of the country’s 500 fastest-growing, privately held companies.
Outside of work, VanderSloot is an experienced rancher who owns several cattle ranches, one of them being one of the country’s largest and most elite registered Angus herds. He also has been active in politics, having served previously as the national finance co-chair for Senator Mitt Romney. Additionally, he is active on the board of directors and executive board for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Recently, VanderSloot was promoted to Melaleuca’s executive chairman, where he will focus on corporate strategy, messaging, new product development and corporate culture.
