Pioneer Title Company has announced the addition of Latah County to its northern Idaho service area. The addition of Latah County, which is part of an overall strategy to service emerging markets throughout the Inland Northwest, coincides with Pioneer Title’s recent expansion into eastern Oregon earlier this year, an announcement from the company stated. Pioneer Title Company is headquartered in Boise that offers title and escrow products, long-term escrows, contract purchasing, foreclosure services and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
Kathryn “Kitty” Goodwin, senior vice president and county manager of Whitman County, Washington, will oversee staffing and operations at the new Moscow location.
“My team and I couldn’t be more excited about going into Moscow. For years, our customers that do business in both states have asked when we’d be able to offer services in both counties,” she said in a statement. “Finally being able to offer yet another option for them is a big deal — we can’t wait to get started!”
