Holland & Hart promotes 2 to partner

Holland & Hart LLP has announced the election of 24 partners effective Jan. 1, including two individuals — Alexandra Grande and Jacqueline Walton — at the firm’s Boise Office.

Grande is credited with providing insightful counsel on a range of complex employment and commercial disputes. She advises clients through all phases of the employment relationship and represents employers in court and before state and federal agencies. Additionally, Grande advises clients in a broad array of business litigation, and she maintains an active pro bono practice, including representation of guardian ad litems in child protection cases, representation of applicants for U-immigration status (U visas), and representation of parents instituting or defending child abduction proceedings in Idaho’s federal courts. She also serves as the chair of the Holland & Hart Foundation’s Boise Office Committee.

Walton assists clients with commercial real estate matters, zoning and land use, and corporate transactions. Her commercial real estate practice focuses on real estate acquisition and sales, title review, commercial leasing, due diligence, real estate finance and development. Her zoning and land use practice includes obtaining entitlements, local lobbying, and agenda monitoring. Walton also assists clients with corporate matters, including corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate governance and asset sales and purchases. Walton has represented a wide range of clients from startups to publicly traded companies in various industries, including health care, agricultural, industrial, multifamily, restaurants, retail and resort hotels.
