COLE Architects is welcoming HR Director Laura Leonard. With a bachelor’s from CSU Fresno, a master’s from National University and a senior certification in human resources, Leonard brings 20 years of experience working in multiple industries.She maintains a passion for her career, finding HR anything but boring. Leonard said there are so many areas of HR: recruitment, benefits, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training and development, and compliance, and it is always changing, so she gets to continually learn and grow.
