Daily will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of KPMG’s Boise practice and supporting the development of nearly 70 partners and professionals.

“Jeanine Daily brings more than 18 years of strong leadership and experience providing audit services to large global, domestic, and mid-market companies,” said Lisa Daniels, Vice Chair of Growth and Strategy at KPMG. “With her deep commitment to serving our clients, developing our people, and making a difference in the Boise community, I am confident she will be highly successful in her new role.”

Daily began her career with KPMG in San Diego in 2005 and joined the Boise office in 2013, and was admitted to the partnership in 2018. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of San Diego.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Daily also serves as an SEC reviewing partner and the deputy business unit professional practice partner in the Pacific Northwest. Daily also completed a three-year rotation in KPMG’s national office as a partner in the Department of Professional Practice. During her tenure with the firm, she has cultivated deep expertise in audit services for large private and public companies.

Daily has an impressive history of leading teams and spearheading office initiatives. She is well known in the office for mentoring many professionals and serves as the office’s HR partner and lead recruiting partner.  In addition, she is a representative on the National Audit Inclusion and Diversity council and is a role model for our culture and values.

Outside the office, Daily is very active in the Boise community. She currently is a member of the Board of the Idaho Technology Council and supports activities for the Women and Children’s Alliance, the Idaho Shakespeare Festival and City of Good.

“I am honored and look forward to working with our tremendous team of partners and professionals to help our clients adapt and thrive in today’s ever-changing environment, whether driven by economic forces, changing customer patterns, disruptive technologies or the rapidly-evolving regulatory environment,” said Daily. “I am equally excited to be positioned to deepen our relationships in the market and in our communities, to mentor our professionals and help shape their careers, and build on our strong culture based on the firm’s values.”
