Boise law firm adds business litigation associate

Holland & Hart has added business litigation associate Julie Hamilton to the firm’s Boise office.
Hamilton has experience helping clients navigate complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and employment matters and assess regulatory compliance-related risk. She has assisted organizations across a variety of jurisdictions and industries, including in the pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and natural resources spaces.
Before joining Holland & Hart, Hamilton was a litigation associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and served as a consultant at a records management software and consulting company. Hamilton served as law clerk to Judge Allison H. Eid of the Colorado Supreme Court.
