Upcoming event to explore Eastern Idaho’s tech landscape

For those interested in the Eastern Idaho tech scene, save the date: The Eastern Idaho Tech Summit, hosted by the Idaho Technology Council, is happening on Thursday, Sept. 14, running from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. MDT. It’s an ideal opportunity to delve into the local tech landscape.
The event will feature presentations on vital topics like cybersecurity, access to capital, emerging tech startups, and talent development, all tailored to the local Eastern Idaho context. It will also feature a mix of exciting speakers and discussions, with lunch provided as well.
Distinguished keynote speakers include Stuart Draper, CEO and Founder of StuKent, and Mike Ward, President of LA Semiconductor.
Additional speakers scheduled for the summit include:
- Ben Davidson, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Idaho Central Credit Union.
- Erin Searcy, Chief Technology Officer for Nuclear Science and Technology at Idaho National Laboratory.
- Oscar Klassen, CEO of Jaws Tech.
- Trent Clawson, CEO of Titan Power.
- An exclusive one-on-one conversation with Idaho State University President, Kevin Satterlee.
