The new president will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the company, overseeing its operations, marketing and sales.
Lytle has been with Brighton Homes for more than 12 years, holding various executive roles such as director of operations, vice president of operations and chief operating officer.
“Tina is a highly accomplished leader with a proven track record of success,” said Robert Phillips, CEO of the company. “She is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. I am confident that she will lead Brighton Homes to even greater heights.”
Brighton Homes had its inception in 1994 when it began as a construction team that was added to an existing land development company known as Brighton Corporation.
