Truman-Coleman named director for MBG

The Mike Brown Group, a real estate development company, has hired Melinda Truman-Coleman as its director of First Impressions.

“Her innate warmth and genuine care are immediately evident from the very first interaction,” the company said in a statement. “Melinda has a deep understanding that details matter, and her keen awareness ensures that every aspect of the behind-the-scenes is attended to, enhancing the overall experience for clients and colleagues alike.”

Prior to working for MBG, Truman-Coleman was the office coordinator at Oral Surgery of Western Idaho and a customer care representative for Alaska Airlines. The roles “honed her organizational and interpersonal skills,” while raising a family “instilled in her a profound appreciation for the sanctity of ‘home.’”

Truman-Coleman was also a substitute teacher within the Meridian School District. She is also an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family and dogs.
