There is a fee to submit the application. We also strongly encourage submitting up to three letters of recommendation to https://idahobusinessreview.com/empowering-women-honoree-form/ by the application deadline to be included in the judging packet as supporting materials. This is not a requirement\, but an added benefit.  How are the winning companies selected?  Program judges will use various criteria to evaluate companies and showcase those that have earned recognition. Empowering Women will honor companies that can demonstrate a commitment to some or all the following:  Have a track record of recruiting\, hiring and promoting women in their organization. Offer a mentoring program for women. Work toward systemic change in society to combat inequality. Place women on their board or C-Suite. Contribute to advancing the cause of women through outside philanthropic or community endeavors. Supporting programs that assist marginalized women. Provide scholarship assistance to women. How are winning companies recognized?  Honorees will be profiled in print and online. Each honoree will be celebrated at an awards luncheon.  If my company is recognized as a winner\, do I need to purchase a ticket to attend the event? One representative from your company may attend at no charge. All other attendees must purchase a ticket. Please\, note that all IBR events are limited attendance based on location.   What is included in sponsorship packages? Sponsorship opportunities to include a table for your guests\, multimedia marketing\, logo usage and much more depending on the level your company selects.
