Fultz joins brokerage team at Colliers, Nampa

Steve Fultz

Steve Fultz is joining the brokerage services team at Colliers in Nampa, Idaho specializing in buyer, seller and tenant representation.

Fultz brings over 35 years of economic and community development experience to Colliers, previously working as Caldwell, Idaho’s Economic Development Director. His expertise in industrial and commercial site assessment, local planning and zoning, business incentives, strategic planning and management, along with grant writing provides him an edge offering expert property advising.Prior to joining Colliers, Steve was responsible for managing economic development projects with an emphasis on Urban Renewals development, basic sector employment, developing and managing programs to support redevelopment, revitalizing Downtown Caldwell, recruiting and retaining businesses and developing tools and strategies with the city and community partners. Throughout this time, he has worked with businesses and developers in Idaho, Indiana and Florida, including large development firms, Fortune 200 companies, small “mom and pop” shops and everything in between.Steve is very active in the Idaho community through various organizations and associations, building his network and relationships to help deliver the best results for his clients and the area in which he serves. Northwest Bank adds three to Commercial Banking team

Kelsey Haylett

BOISE- Northwest Bank has added Kelsey Haylett and Enrique Rivera as vice presidents and relationship managers for its Idaho Commercial Banking Division, responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with agricultural and business clients throughout the Treasure Valley with a focus on Canyon County. Joining Haylett and Rivera as an Assistant Relationship Manager is Randi Ekard.

Haylett brings nearly 12 years of banking experience to the role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwest Nazarene University and is scheduled to graduate this May with an MBA from NNU. She was recently named an Idaho Business Review Accomplished under 40 recipient for 2023. Active in the community, Haylett is a member and volunteers for the Kiwanis Club of Nampa and is a board member for CREW Idaho involved with community outreach and volunteer events, and actively participates with the Nampa Chamber of Commerce. She formerly served in the Idaho Air National Guard for 6 years as part of the 124th Fighter Wing.

Enrique Rivera

Rivera has 20 years of banking and management experience. He attended California State University Long Beach and has completed a number of banking industry specific educational programs along with completing a leadership training program offered by the UCLA School of Business. Rivera was an Idaho Business Review 2022 Excellence in Finance Honoree. He is a leading voice in the Treasure Valley community in the areas of small business, entrepreneurship, marketing, and access to capital, where he has helped numerous small businesses acquire proper financing.

Rivera is also a recognized leader in the Hispanic community, having previously served as the President & CEO of the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Board Chair for the Community Council of Idaho. He currently continues to serve in various board and committee assignments which include the Nampa Chamber of Commerce (current-Incoming Board Chair), the Idaho Hispanic Foundation (current Board Member), and the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Meridian (current Commissioner)

Randi Ekard

.Ekard brings over 10 years of banking and insurance experience to the Assistant Relationship Management role. Prior to entering the banking industry, she was a licensed insurance producer, having completed the educational and testing required. Zions Bank adds two to commercial banking team

Conor Bracken
Miguel Villafana

BOISE – Zions Bank has added Conor Bracken and Miguel Villafana as relationship managers for its Western Idaho Commercial Banking team, responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with agricultural and business clients.

Bracken is based at the bank’s Idaho headquarters at Eighth & Main in downtown Boise and brings nearly 20 years of banking experience to the role. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boise State University.

Active in the community, Bracken has coached youth sports and participated in Zions Bank’s annual Paint-a-Thon and Teach Children to Save Day outreach efforts.
Villafana is based at the bank’s Wilder branch at 315 A Ave.  He has more than a decade of banking experience and earned a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Utah State University. He also brings experience as a commercial farmer in Wilder to the role.

Active in the community, Villafana serves as a board member of the Canyon County Farm Bureau and as chairman of its Young Farmers and Ranchers group. He serves on multiple committees for the Idaho Farm Bureau and is the secretary of the Canyon County Planning and Zoning Commission.

Seiler joins Zions Bank’s mortgage lending team

Hillary Seiler

BOISE — Hillary Seiler has joined Zions Bank as a mortgage loan officer, responsible for business development and customer service for residential construction and mortgage lending in the bank’s Western Idaho Region. She is based at the bank’s Idaho headquarters at Eighth & Main in downtown Boise.

Seiler has nearly 13 years of experience in the banking and mortgage lending industries and gradated with her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oregon State University. She also brings experience as a small business owner to the role.

Active in the community, Seiler provides financial education seminars to individuals and companies. She is a nationally accredited Financial Educator through the National Financial Educators Council and a Certified Credit Counselor through the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors.
