Taelor Preheim

Taelor Preheim has led sales and marketing at PortaPros for two and a half years, focusing on building strong foundations for the Nampa-based portable sanitation company that serves construction, special events, agriculture and industrial sectors.

Her most significant accomplishment centers on team success rather than personal recognition. “The moments that feel most meaningful are when I see others thrive,” Preheim said. “It’s when a team member is genuinely excited about a new software I introduced because it made their day easier.”

Preheim is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in integrated strategic communication from Boise State University and an associate degree in marketing communication from College of Western Idaho. She also earned certifications in social media marketing, Google Ads and real estate.

Her career path began with an unexpected call from a recruiter about a porta potty company. “She paused and said, ‘Now, it’s with a porta potty company — would you be open to that?’ I laughed and responded, ‘As long as they’re clean and have good branding,’” Preheim said.

Her 2026 goals include continued company growth while supporting team development and building stronger local business partnerships.

  • Designed, deployed, and managed a comprehensive marketing strategy for Title | Pipe™, increasing brand visibility, strengthening nationwide client relationships, and elevating digital engagement through strategic website, content, and SaaS-driven initiatives.

  • Led strategic marketing efforts at Redefined Real Estate, developing individualized brand and content strategies for multiple different businesses, managing social media channels, and enhancing customer engagement through consistent storytelling and modern digital practices.

  • Planned and executed large-scale networking and community events, managing budgets from $1K–$10K and delivering high-impact experiences for 200–1,500 attendees that strengthened brand positioning and deepened customer and partner relationships.
