Title
President

Bryce Parker has spent 20 years with Beniton Construction Company, becoming president two years ago after the original ownership group retired at the end of 2023. His construction career began unexpectedly after failing out of Texas A&M his freshman year and being reintroduced through the Construction Science program, earning his bachelor’s degree.

Parker joined Beniton in 2005 after moving back to Idaho and has since helped build dozens of schools throughout the region. His wife is a teacher, reinforcing his belief that education provides the foundation for Idaho’s future.

“I am most proud of earning the trust of Beniton’s employees as president after the original ownership group retired,” Parker said.

His biggest challenge has been achieving work-life balance, admitting that work often took priority in his younger years through long days, nights, weekends and holidays. Parker credits his family’s patience and Beniton for taking a chance on hiring him.

His goals include providing employee growth opportunities, working more on strategic business development and dedicating time to construction industry boards and associations.
