R. Tyler Moore

Organization
Idaho Farm Bureau Federation Inc.
Title
Director of Finance

Tyler Moore has served as director of finance for Idaho Farm Bureau Federation for eight years, overseeing financial resources for 37 County Farm Bureau organizations across Idaho. His most significant recent accomplishment involves expanding the Farm Bureau Cares program, which increased total donations from $908,207 in 2023 to $1.46 million in 2024.

The work he has done has provided the organizations “with the financial resources to support Agriculture in their local communities,” Moore said. “I believe that this reinvestment into the next generation of Idaho farmers and ranchers will have a rippling effect across the nation and world.”

Based in Pocatello, Moore holds an MBA from Idaho State University and a bachelor’s degree in business management with a Spanish minor from Brigham Young University-Idaho. The Farm Bureau Cares program supports scholarships, FFA donations, local events and food bank contributions.

His biggest challenge has been embracing technological changes, including AI and process automation, to increase productivity and profitability that can be reinvested into Idaho agriculture.
