Title
Vice President, Community Banking Leader

Colette Chester Lentsch joined Hillcrest Bank, a division of NBH Bank in 2023. She is responsible for leading their community banking team that embodies that connection fuels commitment and that’s how thriving communities and businesses are built.

While attending Boise State University, she entered the world of finance and has spent the entirety of her career in the Idaho market collaborating with clients and leading teams to enhance, expand and grow their footprints. Through this work she also uncovered her passion for making community impact.

Fueled by mentorship from local leaders, this led her to be involved in nonprofit organizations throughout the years. Currently, she is serving on the Treasure Valley Habitat for Humanity Board, Junior Achievement Board and BVEP.

Lentsch has also been recognized as one of Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished under 40 (2019), IBR’s Women of the Year Honorees (2021), named one of Idaho’s Most Influential Business Leaders of 2024, an Excellence in Finance recipient (2024), and she recently graduated from Leadership Boise while also serving as the Leadership Boise Academy vice president.

Lentsch enjoys spending time with her husband and her two kids. One, on their own career journey at West Point Military Academy, and one playing volleyball locally. Out of the office you can find her cheering on her daughter from the sideline, hopping on a plane to visit her son and exploring everything Idaho has to offer outdoors.
