Kyle Faulk has served as vice president and commercial lending manager at Mountain West Bank for one year, bringing 18 total years of banking experience to his downtown Boise office. Following the bank’s recent acquisition of Bank of Idaho, Mountain West now operates a dozen Treasure Valley branches plus locations in northern Idaho and the Wood River Valley.

“I am incredibly proud of our team,” Faulk said. “We have an amazing group of people that are exceptional team members and provide unparalleled service to our clients. We have accomplished so much over the past year and grown together.”

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and MBA from Portland State University. Faulk entered banking accidentally when his cousin convinced him to apply for a bank training program while finishing graduate school.

His goals include welcoming new Bank of Idaho team members while enhancing Mountain West’s culture. He believes community banks play integral roles in local economies by fostering financial stability, supporting businesses and engaging in community development through tailored financial products serving Idaho’s specific needs.

With more than five decades of experience working in the fields of real estate, agriculture and transportation, Tom Floyd has truly demonstrated a love for Idaho and its land.

After being self employed for more than 40 years, Floyd transitioned to work for Western Idaho Realty in 2015 as a real estate specialist. He still holds this role today, where he specializes in investment property sales, neighbor to neighbor land sales, cattle and milk shipping rights sales, farm and ranch sales and much more.

He travels across Caldwell and Jerome and into Winnemucca, Nevada, helping his clients find the properties that will be the best fit.

Kelly Galloway has served as vice president branch manager at Westmark Credit Union for six years and eight months, leading the Nampa branch through a significant transformation. Recently, she successfully transitioned her team from traditional tellers to full-service member advisors who can process loans, open accounts, handle IRAs and provide comprehensive financial services.

“Going from a teller to a member advisor was no easy task,” Galloway said. “I was able to take this challenge on and was instrumental in developing a team of exceptional MA’s. I was proactive in my training, ensuring the team was ready for their new roles prior to implementation.”

She studied communications, English, marketing and general studies at Boise State University and holds coaching certifications through CUNA and American Bankers Association. With more than 20 years in banking, Galloway’s biggest challenge was overcoming imposter syndrome early in her leadership career.

Her goals include focusing on personal development, networking more and gaining knowledge in coaching different generations. She started as a teller and advanced through various roles including business banker and district leader.

Ashley Griesshammer has worked at Lovevery for five years, with one year in her current role as vice president of finance and accounting for the Boise-based e-commerce company. Her most significant recent accomplishment involved navigating the tariff landscape while collaborating with operations and technology teams to pivot quickly on key initiatives.

“Stepping outside the world of finance and accounting to get more deeply integrated in the overall business operations,” has been crucial to her success, Griesshammer said.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a master’s degree in accounting from Grand Valley State University, and is both a licensed CPA and Certified Management Accountant. Her biggest challenge has been adapting to retail’s constantly changing environment.

“Retail can be challenging and requires the best professionals to be adaptable and willing to change,” she said. “The most successful individuals are able to take those changes in stride and thrive moving forward.”

Griesshammer is a member of the Treasure Valley CFO Forum and hopes to pursue higher education teaching.

Clay Haylett has led commercial banking at First Federal Bank for six years, serving Idaho’s small business community from his Nampa office. He has contributed to First Federal’s growth in the Treasure Valley while exceeding sales and lending targets through personalized customer service.

His biggest challenge has been building trust with difficult clients. “I have been successful in turning around relationships with skeptical or high-risk commercial borrowers, proving value and fostering long-term partnerships,” Haylett said.

A Lewis-Clark State College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Haylett was influenced by his mother, who worked as a banker at Idaho First National Bank and later US Bank.

“My mom taught me how to manage and save my money,” he said. “It’s not ironic that I would end up on a career path in banking given my exposure to it as a child.”

Haylett is actively involved in community organizations including St. Alphonsus Foundation Board, Leadership Nampa class of 2024, and serves as LC State Alumni Association director for the Treasure Valley chapter.

With more than two decades of expertise in building impactful business relationships across Treasure Valley, Saul Hernandez is recognized for his large network of community leaders and business owners that trust him for his robust understanding of financial topics.

A graduate of Warren National University, where he holds a BBA in human resources management and services, Hernandez got his start in the banking world at Wells Fargo, where he served as a bank manager for more than eight years. He then worked in management for the Bank of the Cascades, then as an assistant vice president at Zions Bank. After work in leadership at Bank of Idaho, JP Morgan Chase and then Sunwest Bank, Hernandez joined Hillcrest Bank at the beginning of 2025, where he serves as the vice president senior business leader. So far, he’s been able to use his solutions-oriented approach to reach goals, empower his team and achieve growth.
