Raised in Emmett with roots in sheep and cattle ranching, Brad Little knows the meaning of hard work. After completing his degree in agribusiness from the University of Idaho, he went to work in the ranching industry. He also gained experience in banking and manufacturing before moving into the world of government in the early 2000s when he began work in the Idaho Senate.

The people of Idaho are very important to Little, and he wanted to do his part to create good opportunities for growth and prosperity for them. Today, as the Gem State’s 33rd governor, Little has helped invest in education, workforce training, infrastructure and more. He was initially elected to governor in 2018, then again in 2022.

Outside of his career, Little is a dedicated family man. He’s been married to his wife Teresa since 1978 and the longtime couple has two sons and five grandchildren.
