IDAHO 500 |

Matthew K. Taylor

Matthew K. Taylor has led Taylor Law Offices as managing partner for 15 years. His most significant recent accomplishment was leading the firm through transformative growth, doubling employee size and expanding physical footprint by more than 150% while maintaining core values.

He was able to oversee that “growth while staying deeply rooted in our core values,” Taylor said. “This growth wasn’t just about numbers, it was based on intentional and strategic planning by our leadership.”

His biggest challenge involved taking bold risks early in his career, positioning himself as an expert while handling large litigation matters and later building a full-service firm to compete with established players. He balanced this with growing his family, including a stepdaughter and new baby with his wife, who also works at the firm.

Taylor was inspired by his father, an Idaho attorney for more than 50 years, and grew up in Kimberly with small-town values emphasizing service to the community and helping the “little guy.”
