Andrew Brodkey helped build Magma Copper from a $200 million market capitalization to more than $4 billion when acquired by BHP in the late 1990s, where he continued as vice president of Business Development.

As CEO of Idaho Copper Corporation since July 2024, he leads development of the CuMo Project, one of the largest undeveloped copper and molybdenum deposits in the Americas with resources of 4 billion pounds of copper, 1.6 billion pounds of molybdenum and 180 million ounces of silver.

Brodkey founded the International Mining and Metals Group at CB Richard Ellis and served as CEO of four publicly traded junior exploration companies across copper, iron ore, lithium and gold sectors. He holds a BS in Mining Engineering with distinction from the University of Arizona and a JD cum laude from Creighton University.

His combination of mining engineering expertise and legal knowledge positions him to navigate complex permitting and development challenges while pursuing governmental funding opportunities.
