Title
Project Manager II

Victor Ferral has spent 11 years at BRS Architects in Boise, including nine years as a project manager specializing in supporting small businesses across Idaho. His architectural career began with a clear vision formed in eighth grade, when he decided to pursue architecture despite not fully understanding the profession’s complexities.

Ferral’s recent accomplishments include acceptance into the Boise Metro Chamber’s Leadership Boise program, one of the country’s longest-running chamber leadership initiatives. He also chairs the Vandal Scholarship Fund committee in Ada County, leading volunteers to organize fundraising galas supporting University of Idaho student-athletes across all 16 intercollegiate athletic teams.

He specializes working with small business owners.

Throughout his career, Ferral faced challenges related to representation in the architecture field. While he met Latino students at the University of Idaho, where he earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in architecture, he didn’t encounter another licensed Latino architect until several years into his professional career.

“My current career is truly my dream job. When I was in eighth grade, I decided I wanted to work in architecture,” Ferral said.
