Michael Adler is an adept businessperson who founded Adler Realty Investments in California in 1998. In 2019, he opened Adler Industrial and under his leadership, the company has experienced transformative growth. In the last 18 months, Adler Industrial has successfully designed and constructed 13 industrial buildings that total more than 1.3 million square feet of Class A space in the area.

“Adler Industrial’s work has helped strengthen Idaho’s economy by delivering high-quality industrial infrastructure that supports business growth, job creation and long-term economic stability,” Adler explained. “Our developments have helped attract new companies to the region … and generated significant public and private investment. Today, with an exceptional team in place, Adler Industrial has grown into Idaho’s leading industrial real estate development and management company.”

The work his company has done has extended throughout the growing Treasure Valley, Adler pointed out.

“In Canyon Country, we have seen significant growth. In just the Treasure Valley, we have about 4 million square feet of existing buildings we own and manage,” Adler said at a 2024 event.

Passionate about law and problem-solving, Paula Anne Landholm Kluksdal is and a partner at Hawley Troxell in Boise, where she’s served in banking and finance law for more than two decades.

She has extensive experience in real estate in the negotiation of purchase and sale contracts, assignments, leases and subleases. She is also well-versed in resolution of property management issues

She shares that one of her biggest achievements was receiving the Idaho State Bar’s Richard C. Fields Professionalism Award in 2021, a testament to her emphasis on civility and kindness in the legal profession.

In the past year, Kluksdal has focused much of her time on nonprofit board work, finding fulfillment in supporting organizations that directly impact lives in her community. Looking ahead, she plans to devote more time to mentoring, from young associates at Hawley Troxell to aspiring law students, paying forward the guidance she received from her own mentors along the way.

“I believe that I have shown other lawyers, clients, board members and staff the importance of civility and kindness in dealing with stressful or trying situations,” she explained.

Hugh S. Crawford has spent more than three decades shaping Idaho’s retail landscape as vice president of property management at CenterCal Properties. For the past 12 years, he has overseen operations at The Village at Meridian, applying lessons learned from opening shopping centers.

“Managing and leading the efforts of opening and operating The Village at Meridian from pre-construction through today has allowed me to take my years of experience opening new shopping centers across the West, and applying those lessons and best practices to how The Village is operated, leased and managed has created an experience the has resonated with the community over the past decade” Crawford said.

Crawford discovered his calling in shopping center management by chance after college.

His leadership philosophy centers on team stability ― he’s maintained nearly 100% staff retention over the past decade, which he considers his most significant professional accomplishment.

Looking ahead, Crawford faces his biggest challenge yet: A major expansion adding 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space to The Village while maintaining daily operations.

Idaho runs deep within Chad Hansen’s blood. Having lived in various cities across Idaho throughout his life, he knows the communities and the people that make it so special.

He can be described as a people person and now has made it his career to connect people with their dream home. He co-founded Property People in 2011 and since then, has helped grow it into a full-service residential and commercial real estate firm that serves Ada and Canyon counties and beyond.

Hansen’s philosophy is centered on community and empathy and believes that no task is too big or too small for his team. And while he stays busy with his work at Property People, he also serves as an advisor for nonprofits like LEAP Housing and Neighborworks Boise.

“I hope I inspire my team by showing them that no task is too small or too big for any of us,” he said in a 2024 interview.

When he’s not at work or volunteering, Hansen enjoys spending time with his family of six in Meridian.

LeAnn Hume has spent 27 years building Idaho’s retail landscape, recently launching her own boutique commercial real estate firm after 13 years with Cushman & Wakefield Boise.

Her career began unexpectedly in 1998 when she joined Albertsons’ real estate department to help expand their Express fuel program from one location to dozens nationwide. Growing up with parents in real estate, she quickly recognized the field’s potential.

“Over the past 27 years, I’ve grown to love my profession deeply. I constantly learn and enjoy advising clients with the expertise I’ve accumulated, which makes my work both fulfilling and exciting every day,” Hume said.

Her firm has introduced major retail brands to Idaho, including Raising Cane’s, Capriotti’s, Tropical Smoothie Café, Columbia Sportswear and PGA Superstore, contributing to local economic growth.

A Boise State University graduate with CCIM, CRRP and CLS certifications, Hume serves clients statewide from her Boise headquarters, maintaining her guiding principle of always prioritizing client interests above personal gain.

Casey Lynch has a background in finance and strategy consulting, but the world of real estate called his name.

He started his real estate entrepreneurial career at the height of the Great Recession in 2008 when he acquired a single condominium unit and launched Roundhouse. Now, under his leadership, the company has become well-known for its development of multi-family homes across the western United States. Lynch is closely involved in the firm’s operations, and he works hard to integrate his values of forward-thinking design, challenging the status quo, and evergreen business principles to fuel growth.

Over the course of the company’s history, Lynch has been worked on ground-up, mixed-used development, public-private partnerships, complex infill land entitlements and more. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance from University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.

When he’s not busy growing his company, you can find Lynch serving as a member of the board of trustees for Sun Valley Community School or spending time with his wife and children.
