Ron Minegar has spent nearly five decades shaping Idaho’s residential real estate landscape since earning his license in 1977. The 48-year veteran recently began transitioning toward retirement by bringing his daughter, Alissa Gamble, into his brokerage business.

Gamble, a broker with 20 years of experience, will continue the family’s real estate legacy as a third-generation practitioner following Minegar and his father.

“When I got into real estate, I discovered rather quickly that there are hundreds of ways to make a difference in a client’s experience throughout a transaction,” Minegar said. “I strove every day to be a difference maker not only for my clients but also for fellow agents.”

His industry recognition includes Emeritus status with the National Association of Realtors, certified instructor designation with the Idaho Association of Realtors and 2012 Realtor of the Year honors from the former Ada County Association of Realtors.

Outside real estate, Minegar performed for 26 years in a Blues Brothers tribute band. “I love to sing and perform,” he said.

Lorraine Rubio is an experienced Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, where she brings passion, expertise and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Rubio takes the time to get to know her clientele and walk them through the often overwhelming and exciting process of buying or selling a home.

She specializes in listening closely to each person’s specific situation, recognizing that no one family or individual’s needs are the same. Whether they are first-time buyers, families looking to grow into a larger space, seasoned investors or retirees looking to downsize, Rubio is professional and skilled at negotiation.

Sherry Schoen has spent 18 years guiding national retailers through Idaho market expansions. Recently, as executive vice president at Kidder Mathews, her tenant and buyer representation work focused on strategic site selection, helping businesses navigate complex location decisions across multiple markets. In early October, she took on the role of managing principal at CornerPoint Real Estate. 

Over the past year, Schoen led site selection strategies for multiple national retailers expanding into Idaho, guiding them from market analysis through lease negotiations and deal execution. 

“Credibility doesn’t come from a title or company name ― it’s earned by showing up, solving problems, and making your clients look good every step of the way,” Schoen said. 

Her work has contributed to Idaho’s economic growth by bringing national retailers and businesses to the state, supporting job creation and expanding consumer access to goods and services. 

Early in her career, Schoen’s biggest challenge was establishing credibility in national tenant representation. A breakthrough came when she won a significant national client, demonstrating her ability to deliver consistent results across different markets and building her reputation for high-level strategic execution. 

Ken Stark has a robust real estate and business background and is the founder of Stark Accelerators Commercial Real Estate and Stark Realty Homes and Land. He has been a licensed Realtor since the early 1990s and previously worked for IBM in sales and management for 14 years.

A graduate of Boise State University with an undergraduate degree in finance, most of Stark’s successful career was in Nevada. But in 2019, he and his family decided to head back to Boise to open his commercial real estate brokerage. Three years later, the Boise office joined forces with TCN Worldwide as the Boise affiliate.

Outside of his work, Stark is on the board of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada, Boise Valley Economic Partnership, and Community Services Agency. He also has prior experience serving on the boards of Renown’s Renown Businesses, C.A.R.E. Chest of Northern Nevada and the Executive’s Association of Reno.

Jonathan Wardle has worked at the Brighton Corporation for the last 11 years. Today, he serves as the president of both Brighton Development and Brighton Homes, where he aims to take the company into an exciting new chapter. With his robust background in business leadership and real estate, Wardle will oversee the critical development and housing initiatives at Brighton, strengthening his role as a key figure within the Meridian–based company.

Before his work here, he was the owner of Wardle Group for more than three years, where he provided real estate investment, land development and business advisory services. Wardle also worked in finance, land and marketing for Glenn Layton Homes and for eight years at Woodside Homes, first as the vice president and land manager and then the division president.

Wardle is a graduate of Boise State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business economics.
