IDAHO 500 |

Jeet Kumar

Jeet Kumar has spent 16 years building In Time Tec into Idaho’s trusted software services and solutions provider, serving government agencies and private companies across the state. The bootstrapped company has created more than 150 jobs and expanded from two offices to eight locations globally, including Australia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Netherlands and Colombia.

“Every one of those milestones represents lives impacted, teams expanded and purpose fulfilled,” he said. “That, to me, is abundance in action.

Kumar’s recent accomplishments include launching solutions in agricultural technology, airport operations, court access tracking and government spending transparency. He previously served as board chair of the Idaho Technology Council and completed nearly a decade at HP before founding his company.

“Starting In Time Tec wasn’t optional for me; it was necessary,” Kumar said. “This entrepreneurial path has been my deepest expression of who I am and what I stand for.”

His biggest challenge has been balancing business growth with human development without external funding, choosing intentional hiring and thorough training over rapid expansion. Kumar aims to take his Idaho-proven model national across all 50 states.
