Amy Gile has spent nearly a decade building Silverdraft Supercomputing into a leader in high-performance computing solutions for media and entertainment, automotive manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and artificial intelligence industries since co-founding the company 10 years ago.

Her diverse background as an international model, actor and producer provided collaborative skills that translate to running complex technology businesses. Recent accomplishments include shipping hardware for a new F1 simulator, developing digital workflows that helped a major automotive client launch three vehicles without physical clay models, and contributing to Super Bowl AR graphics.

“The biggest challenge we overcame to be successful in this industry was convincing clients that having the right hardware for the solution truly matters,” Gile said. “It’s not just about the software, but rather the crucial marriage of the right hardware and software working together.”

Gile entered supercomputing after experiencing production challenges in film and connecting with an industry leader to solve broader workflow problems. Her goals include scaling operations and helping clients integrate AI while maintaining data control.

As a seasoned information technology executive with more than three decades of global business experience under his belt, Mark Holtermann has experience leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver transforming results. Known for his superb problem-solving skills, approachable and effective communication style, and commitment to customer-focused solutions for industries and global organizations of all sizes, he has worked as the chief information officer for Idaho National Laboratory for the past two years. There, he is part of a team dedicated to pioneering advancements in nuclear energy, clean energy integration and national security and is accountable for all IT and cybersecurity across the organization.

Before this role, Holtermann worked as the senior director of global enterprise technology solutions for Jarden Consumer Solutions, as the vice president of information technology for Central Hudson Gas and Electric Corporation for five years, the vice president of technology for American Water for more than two years, and for two years as the vice president of information technology and digitization for NAES Corporation.

Looking ahead, Holtermann is focused on ensuring INL remains at the forefront of innovation.

Cody Kreps has spent 24 years in IT with Nampa School District, rising from building technician to director over the past six years. His recent accomplishments include creating Idaho’s first K-12 eSports spectator arena and developing a student-driven data warehouse with real-time dashboards for district leadership.

Kreps officially became director after leading the district’s response to a major cyberattack, helping reimage more than 15,000 devices and rebuild the network from scratch. His team operates under the motto H.E.L.P. ― Help Every Last Person.

“I grew up with hearing loss and was often the kid sitting in the back of the room, trying to catch what I could,” Kreps said. “That’s why I’m so passionate about making sure every student can hear clearly, stay engaged, and feel included in the learning experience.”

His goals include expanding classroom audio systems to secondary schools and strengthening cybersecurity defenses. Kreps has successfully pursued grants including Idaho’s “Securing Our Future” funding for school safety improvements.

Jay Larsen’s entrance into the world of technology began in 1990 when he began as an account executive for US West Cellular. He then started advancing into various leadership roles, working for companies like Verizon and Qwest Communications before he stepped into the role of director of economic development for the First Congressional District of Idaho.

In 2009, Larsen launched the Idaho Technology Council (ITC), where he served for nearly 15 years. Under his direction, ITC became the driving force of innovation and technology in Idaho, representing 120,000 employees who work for employers across the Gem State. Most recently, Larsen worked for Meta as the community development regional manager, where he cultivated and maintained relationships with key stakeholders.

Larsen is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in organizational development. He also holds an MBA in marketing from Boise State University.

With more than 45 years in the security industry, Corrine McKague has been at the helm of Alarmco, Inc., for more than three decades, a company specializing in surveillance systems, fire alarms, security systems and more.

Her professional journey has always been rooted in a dedication to excellence and under her guidance, the company has built a top-notch reputation for delivering top-tiered services for commercial, industrial and residential clientele.

McKague is known for her keen eye for business and her ability to combine technical expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to each interaction. She is involved in project oversight and client relations, ensuring that each client’s needs are met during project implementation and after completion. Since stepping into the role of CEO and owner, Alarmco has grown from servicing residential and small commercial systems to large, technically integrated design-build projects — including contracts for government entities.

“If you want to build a good field, a good office, you put kind people in there,” she said in a 2024 interview. “Kindness teaches a lot. It changes the entire working environment.”
